Brantford Bulldogs Complete Blockbuster Trade with Oshawa Generals
The Brantford Bulldogs have made the first major trade of the OHL season, acquiring defencemen Ben Danford and Zackary Sandhu from the Oshawa Generals.
In exchange, the Bulldogs are sending Lucas Moore, Aiden O’Donnell, Luca Diplacido, and nine draft picks to the Generals, including:
- Three second-rounders (2026, Ottawa; 2027, Kingston; 2028, Oshawa)
- Three third-rounders (2028, Sudbury; 2029, Guelph; 2029, Brampton)
- Two fourth-rounders (2026, Brantford; 2020, Brantford)
- One 10th rounder (2027, Barrie)
“We’re extremely excited to acquire Ben Danford and Zach Sandhu,”
Bulldogs general manager Spencer Hyman stated in a release. Ben Danford is a prospect of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
