The Rochester Police Department has welcomed a new comfort dog, Leo, a 12-week-old Cavalier King Charles spaniel.
Leo is under the care of Lt. Harper, who explained the dual meaning behind the name:
“Law Enforcement Officer” and “Love Each Other”.
According to Harper, Leo's job is
“to make people happy and to make their day a little better, no matter what the situation is”. Harper noted that
