A child practice review into the crimes of former Bangor headteacher Neil Foden has found "over 50 missed opportunities" to stop him.
Foden, 68, was jailed for 17 years in July 2024 after being convicted of 19 counts of sexual abuse against four girls between 2019 and 2023.
