Train Crew Member Hailed as Hero After Mass Stabbing
A train crew member, Samir Zitouni, known as Sam, was seriously injured while trying to protect passengers during a mass stabbing on a London North Eastern Railway (LNER) train.
Samir Zitouni, a 48-year-old customer experience host, was working on the train from Doncaster to London when the attack occurred in Cambridgeshire on Saturday.
He did not hesitate as he stepped forward to protect those around him
According to his employer, Mr. Zitouni has been credited with helping to save multiple lives after passengers came under threat.
