Headwater Gold Geophysical Survey Results
Headwater Gold is pleased to announce the results of a gravity geophysics survey on its Spring Peak and Lodestar projects in western Nevada.
Untested Potential
In the southern Spring Peak project area, the Bear Fault hosts high-grade epithermal veins, including the Disco Zone discovered by Headwater.
- The Bear Fault corridor remains untested by drilling beyond the drilled extent of the Disco Zone.
- This offers opportunities for potential blind discoveries, similar to Nevada's recent tier-one discovery at AngloGold Ashanti's Arthur Project.
Bear Fault Corridor Revealed
Based on the gravity survey, Headwater geologists interpret the Bear Fault as a major extensional structure spanning over 12 km, much of it under thin, post-mineral volcanic cover.
