The bye week provides a much-needed break for several injured or banged-up Eagles players to rest and recover.
The Eagles hope to have A.J. Brown and other key players fully ready to go after the bye week, with 15 days off between their last win over the Giants and their next matchup against the Packers.
"Rest and activity modification, time off of the offending activity, whether it be a sport, running, jumping is key... That goes for any level of athlete,"
said Dr. Dinesh Dhanaraj, Attending Orthopedic Surgeon at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.
Eagles players will use this time to heal and prepare for their next game.
