Park Washroom Enhancement Program
The Park Washroom Enhancement Program is a multi-year initiative to upgrade 125 park washrooms between 2025 and 2031.
These improvements are designed to support year-round access, enhance the user experience and ensure facilities meet current accessibility standards.
Depending on the type and scale of work needed, each washroom will either receive a major upgrade, a full rebuild, or a prefabricated replacement.
In the interim, 38 washroom facilities at destination parks will receive an immediate refresh to improve quality and comfort, while detailed plans for their future upgrades are developed.
