Instagram Introduces Watch History for Reels
Instagram has added a Watch History feature for Reels, making it easier for users to find videos they've viewed or lost while scrolling.
According to Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri,
sometimes, users try to find a Reel they previously watched but cannot find it via the Search method or by looking for accounts.
- The Watch History feature is now available for all users.
- This update aims to help users find videos they lost or failed to save.
- Meta had previously vowed to fix the "rug pulling" glitch on Instagram, which would refresh the feed to feature fresh content even if users are watching videos on the app.
