Myles Garrett Passes T.J. Watt on Career Sacks List
Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett had a team-record five sacks, passing Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt on the NFL’s all-time sack list.
Garrett sacked New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye five times, giving him 112.5 sacks in his career, one half ahead of Watt.
- Both Garrett and Watt were selected in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
- Each had seven sacks in their rookie years.
- Garrett was ahead by a half at the end of the 2018 season, but then Watt pulled away from 2019-21.
