BYD Recall Affects Over 115,000 Vehicles
BYD has launched a recall of more than 115,000 cars due to 'component design issues' after a probe by China’s State Administration for Market Regulation.
- 44,535 Tang-series vehicles produced between March 2015 and July 2017 are being recalled due to design flaws in specific components.
- 71,248 Yuan Pro electric cars built from February 2021 to August 2022 are being recalled over manufacturing issues linked to battery installation.
