The proposed "Act to Increase the Minimum Wage" aims to increase the territory-wide minimum wage from $10.50 to $15 an hour over three years.

"This phased minimum wage increase balances compassion with common sense,"
said Governor Bryan, ensuring that the territory's wage growth benefits all workers.
