Permission in Principle Filed for Residential Development
A permission in principle (PiP) application has been submitted to Westmorland and Furness Council for a residential development at Rockfield Stables in Levens, Kendal.
The proposal, filed by Mr. Bowker, seeks to build five residential units on the site, which is currently not in active use due to the applicant's age.
[The site] is currently not in active use due to the age of the applicant, but it lawfully was used for equestrian purposes and there are stables, a surfaced turn out area and a further building on the land.
The application suggests that the site's existing infrastructure, including sound and usable buildings and hard surfaces, makes the development "easily achievable".
