World U23 gold medal rower Robbie Prosser participated in a thrilling 12km race on the Kiel Canal in Germany.
Prosser, a 24-year-old from Crickhowell, recently helped the Wales men's four achieve Home Countries victory on the London Olympic lake.
He was part of the GB development men's eight, alongside Welsh crew mates Kai Schottmann and Toby Lassen, in the Schleswig-Holstein Netz Cup.
The race, which took place in front of approximately 80,000 spectators, is one of the toughest side-by-side rowing events globally.
