Police are investigating a fatal head-on collision that occurred in Kingsville on the night of February 21.
The incident happened in the 11900 block of Philadelphia Road, where a speeding Nissan Altima collided with a Honda Civic driven by 48-year-old Noel Ong.
According to the investigation, the Nissan was initially traveling south before entering the northbound lane and striking Ong's vehicle.
