After delivering his homily, Pope Leo XIV dedicated the Church and the world to the Blessed Virgin Mary before the original statue of Our Lady of Fatima in St. Peter’s Square.
The event was part of the Jubilee of Marian Spiritualities, attended by 30,000 pilgrims in Rome and thousands more outside the Vatican.
During the Mass, the Holy Father expressed appreciation to members of movements, confraternities, prayer groups, and shrines dedicated to the Blessed Virgin for participating in the Church’s holy year of hope.
