Houston Teen with Autism Found in ICE Custody

A 15-year-old boy with autism, Emmanuel Gonzalez Garcia, who went missing in Houston for almost a week, has been found in immigration custody.

The boy was last seen on Saturday afternoon near the intersection of Clay Road and Hempstead Road in Spring Branch.

The mother of Emmanuel Gonzalez Garcia asks for the community's help to find her son who has been missing in Houston since Saturday.

An immigrant-led civil rights organization, FIEL, helped the boy's family put out a call for help during a press conference on Friday.

ICE initially denied the claim, but later confirmed that the teen had been in their custody since Monday.
