Gallagher Securities, the insurance-linked securities (ILS) and capital markets broker-dealer arm of reinsurance broker Gallagher Re, has enhanced its structuring capabilities with a key new hire.
New Senior ILS Structurer: Caroline Cassis
Caroline Cassis has joined Gallagher Securities from Swiss Re, where she recently specialized in cat bond and ILS structuring. Her arrival follows the appointment of Andras Bohm from BMS as Global Head of Structuring.

Professional Background
Caroline began her career at BlackRock in 2017, working in the private equity team in Zurich. She then spent two years at Swiss Re as a private equity analyst, also in Zurich. In 2020, she transitioned to reinsurance business development within Swiss Re, before moving into the capital markets division in 2022.
