Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has stated that relations between China and the United Kingdom are at a pivotal moment where they must either improve or worsen amid global instability.
The warning came during a phone call between Wang Yi and the newly appointed UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper. They discussed the future path of Sino-British relations.
