After 14-year-old Max Chambers delivered his performance on The Voice, Michael Bublé became convinced that he might secure his third consecutive victory on the show. The coach was so impressed by the young performer that he pressed the first-ever Mic Drop Button during episode three.
Before the dramatic moment, audiences got a glimpse of the Knockout Round rehearsals where Max Cooper III and Max Chambers showcased their skills for Bublé and Mega Mentor Zac Brown.
Both contestants left a strong impression on the panel. Snoop Dogg lauded Cooper as an “exceptional vocalist,” while declaring that “a star is born” after Chambers’ performance.
“A star is born,” said Snoop Dogg after Chambers’ performance.
Niall Horan admired Cooper’s distinctive style and noted that music seemed to run through Chambers’ veins. Reba McEntire added that she would pick Chambers as the winner of the Knockout round.
“I’d pick Chambers as the winner of the Knockout,” Reba McEntire stated.
