The University of Notre Dame announced on Monday, November 3, that AC/DC will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. with a limit of four per person and credit card.
Brothers Malcolm and Angus Young formed AC/DC in Sydney, Australia, in 1973. The band rose to international fame with their mix of blues-rock and hard rock.
Led by "Gossip Girl" star Taylor Momsen, The Pretty Reckless will open the concert. The hard rock band has achieved eight No. 1 songs on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart.
"For I Am Death" topped the chart for the week of November, following three consecutive No. 1 singles: "Death by Rock and Roll," "And So It Went," and "Only Love Can Save Me Now."
These tracks are from their 2021 album, Death by Rock and Roll.
