Adelaide Metro is providing free travel on all buses, trains, and trams from 6am to 2pm on Saturday, November 8, to support families attending the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant.
This initiative returns for 2025, making it easier for thousands of South Australians to enjoy the state’s beloved annual event, the largest public street parade in the southern hemisphere, which attracted over 300,000 spectators last year.
“Adelaide Metro is so pleased to provide free public transport to help children and families get to the city for the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant,” said Michelle Spagnoletti. “We’ll have additional services running on the day, so hop on board and leave the car at home.”
To ensure safety, several road closures and temporary bus stop changes will be implemented throughout the CBD.
