Startled awake, Will attempts to defend himself with a gun, but it fails to stop the creature. He flees, climbing trees to escape, yet he eventually crashes to the ground and loses consciousness. The Demogorgon captures him and drags him to a sinister location, where the terrifying Vecna appears.
Vecna's grotesque tentacles seize Will and force him against a wall, tightening their grip, setting a dark tone for the season’s intensity.
