The Balkan tandem made a strong effort, yet the Phoenix Suns outperformed them. Croatian center Ivica Zubac led the Los Angeles Clippers with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Serbian national team captain Bogdan Bogdanovic contributed 12 points, but their efforts were not enough to secure the win.
The Suns defeated the short-handed Clippers 115–102 in the only NBA game of the night. Jalen Green impressed in his Phoenix debut, scoring 29 points, while Devin Booker added 24 more for the victory. The result marked the Clippers’ third consecutive loss.
The Los Angeles team missed James Harden, who was absent for personal reasons, and Kawhi Leonard, sidelined due to a right ankle sprain.
