Makovsky Sells Lowry Infill Site to Local Homebuilders for $3M
Wall Custom Homes and Esprit Homes have purchased a 1.2-acre site in the Lowry neighborhood for $2.87 million.
The site, located at 79 N. Rampart Way, will be developed into 20 townhomes, starting at $1.5 million, with construction expected to begin in early 2026.
“It’s got to be the last [developable] site. And I couldn’t think of a better location with the Safeway right there, all the restaurants, everything,”
said Winston Wall, founder of Wall Custom Homes.
The development, called Valor, is a reference to the area's past as an Air Force base.
The property was sold by an entity managed by NAI Shames Makovsky founder Evan Makovsky.
