A Hamilton County judge has ordered the Bohemian Hookah Cafe in Clifton to close permanently following a lawsuit with the City of Cincinnati.
The lawsuit, filed by the City of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Board of Health in September, resulted in an Agreed Final Order that requires the bar to "close and vacate 340 Ludlow Avenue on or before November 14, 2025."
It's been a headache for the business district for the past two years
According to Clifton Town Meeting President Ben Pantoja, the closure is welcome news for the area. He also credited current Cincinnati City Councilman and candidate Mark Jeffreys with drawing attention to the issues surrounding the bar.
The order was issued by Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Patrick Dinkelacker.
