Pfizer Sues Novo Nordisk and Metsera Amid Bidding War
Pfizer has filed a lawsuit against Novo Nordisk and Metsera, following Novo Nordisk's last-minute bid to acquire Metsera, which Pfizer termed "reckless and unprecedented".
