In San Francisco, a group of protesters gathered outside the city's immigration court on Sansome Street on October 7.
They aimed to prevent ICE arrests, with some protesters sitting on the sidewalk and others milling around the building.
“It’s usually hours and hours of doing nothing until something happens,”
said one of the protesters, a professional musician who lives close to the city.
The protesters, wearing kaffiyeh and goggles, were seen eating burritos and waiting for potential developments.
