Capital A, the parent company of AirAsia, is reviving its plan to list a subsidiary on Nasdaq next year as part of its growth strategy.
The listing process comes as the Malaysian group nears exit from its financially distressed status.
Capital A CEO Tony Fernandes announced the plan during a press conference in Kuala Lumpur.
