Mobile Outreach Teams Now On The Road
Mobile outreach teams of Hastings and Prince Edward Counties’ HART Hub have begun operations, providing support to individuals in need of care related to homelessness, mental health, and addictions.
The teams will serve across Hastings and Prince Edward Counties, as well as the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, as part of the provincially-funded Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment Hub project.
