Simi Valley Teens Facing Felony Assault and Hate Crime Charges
Three teens charged in connection with a hate crime in a movie theater parking lot on August 1 will remain in custody.
The Ventura County District Attorney's Office announced that the teens were remanded into the Juvenile Detention Facility following detention hearings.
All three minors pled not guilty to all charged counts, according to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office.
