NYC Mayoral Debate Updates
With weeks to go until Election Day, the first mayoral debate of the general election took place at 7 p.m. at WNBC's studios in 30 Rockefeller Center.
Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani, independent candidate Andrew Cuomo, and Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa participated in the debate.
The face-off came after weeks of steady polling favoring Mamdani as the front-runner, with Cuomo and Sliwa making their case to voters.
