Citi Introduces AI Prompt Training for Most Staff
A growing number of employers have implemented artificial intelligence in the workplace, but few provide training for employees at the contributor level, according to a recent survey.
Research by BambooHR in July found that while many employers use or permit AI, training for employees is limited. However, the need for such training is expected to increase over the next five years as AI impacts career development.
Prompting, or prompt engineering, is key to unlocking generative AI’s utility, according to MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Effective Prompt Strategies
- Providing context
- Including more specific information
- Treating inputs conversationally by building on past prompts
