Rollover Crash in Albany County Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Injured

The Wyoming Highway Patrol reports a single-vehicular rollover crash in Albany County, resulting in one fatality and two injuries.

The crash occurred on Highway 287, south of Rock River, at approximately 11:16 a.m., closing the section of highway for about two and a half hours.

According to the fatality crash summary, the accident involved a Ram pickup with three occupants. The vehicle went off the right-hand side of the highway, and the driver overcorrected, causing the pickup to slide across the highway, enter the ditch backwards, and roll at least once.

25-year-old Nebraska resident Yenley Martinez Perez, an unbuckled passenger, did not survive their injuries.
