Elections Board Chair Faces Legal Challenge
An application was filed in the V.I. Superior Court to temporarily halt the V.I. Board of Elections meeting due to concerns over Raymond Williams's legitimacy as board chair.
The civil complaint, filed by board members Lawrence Boschulte, Harriet Mercer, and Atanya Springette, as well as Collister Fahie, a recent candidate for the Legislature, seeks Williams's removal from his position.
