WVU Police Department Unveils New Operations Center
The West Virginia University Police Department has relocated to a new facility in the Chestnut Ridge Building, marking a significant upgrade from its previous location on Elmer Prince Drive.
The new facility boasts over 37,300 square feet of space, spread across seven floors, compared to the 8,100 square feet of the old facility.

“Morale” is a word that came up time and again during one of those tours, led by Capt.
The department opened its doors to the community for tours of the new facility after three months of moving and setup.
