Michelin Updates DC Guide with New Restaurants
Michelin has added eight new restaurants to its DC guide, including Your Only Friend, La' Shukran, and Elmina, which are currently designated as "recommended".
- Your Only Friend: a sandwich and cocktail bar in Shaw
- PhoXotic: a pho counter in Bloomingdale
- Providencia: a cocktail bar in H Street fusing Latin and Asian flavors
- La' Shukran: a French-Middle Eastern bistro and bar in Union Market
- Elmina: a modern West African restaurant on 14th Street
- Fish Shop: a seafood spot at the Wharf
- Karravaan: a Persian-Portuguese-Indian restaurant in Union Market
- Raw Omakase: a sushi counter in Logan Circle
The stars or Bib Gourmand designations for these restaurants will be revealed on November 18 at a ceremony in Philadelphia.
