Microsoft publishes Windows 10 $30 ESU (Extended security updates) in the Store

Windows 10 Extended Security Updates

Windows 10 has reached its End of Life on October 14, 2025, but users can extend its lifespan with the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program.

The ESU program allows users to continue receiving updates, and it is available for $30. To enroll, users can click "Enroll now" on the Windows Update page and link their Microsoft account, syncing Settings to OneDrive.

However, users in the EU only require a Microsoft account for free Windows 10 ESU, while users outside the region need to sync Settings to OneDrive. In the US, users can also use 1,000 Microsoft Rewards points to sign up for Windows 10 ESU.

Microsoft says you can subscribe to $30 ESU, which is now live.

Author's summary: Windows 10 ESU available for $30.
