Incident in Rochester: One Injured, One in Custody
A man is in custody after allegedly hitting someone with his vehicle in northeast Rochester late Monday night.
According to the Rochester Police Department, they received a report of someone being hit by a vehicle at around 11:40 p.m. at 115 First Avenue NE. The victim, a man in his 40s, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Saint Mary's hospital.
Officers later located the suspect and his vehicle in the 500 block of 5th Avenue NW, and he was taken into custody.
