Nuclear Safety Boss Joins O'Rourke in Board Shake-up
Contractor O'Rourke has announced changes to its board, with Foy, a nuclear safety expert, set to take up his new role next month.
He will be joined by lawyer Helen Ruelle, who has been appointed as Group Company Secretary, replacing Jim Edmondson, who will remain on the board and provide support to the O'Rourke family office, Oisín Capital.
- Heather MacCallum will become Senior Independent Director and join the Remuneration Committee.
- Dr Hayaatun Sillem will chair the Sustainability Committee and join the Nomination Committee.
Non-Executive Director Charlotte Valeur and Senior Independent Director Mark Cutifani have left the board.
The move will help drive a "new paradigm for the construction industry."
