Family Nursing and Home Care (FNHC) is trialing Luci, an app created by GraphNet, designed to help nurses monitor patients more efficiently.
Luci aims to support nursing staff by providing a tool that tracks patient information and care progress in real time. This application facilitates better coordination among healthcare teams and enhances the delivery of home-based care.
The app is currently in a pilot phase at FNHC, a provider known for offering community nursing and home care services. This step tests the usability and effectiveness of Luci in real-world conditions before wider adoption.
“This application has the potential to revolutionize how we track and respond to the needs of our patients at home,” said a spokesperson from FNHC.
This initiative highlights the growing role of digital tools in enhancing patient care, especially for those needing frequent, personalized attention in their homes.
