AXIS Capital Appoints New Head of US Healthcare Reinsurance
AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, a global specialty underwriter and provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions, has announced the appointment of Erik Rasmussen as Head of US Healthcare Reinsurance.
Rasmussen will report to James "Jay" Hamilton, Global Head of Accident & Health, Insurance and Reinsurance, and will lead the AXIS US Healthcare Reinsurance team.
His responsibilities will include defining strategic underwriting direction and strengthening existing partnerships while developing new ones to support the company's business objectives.
