Airbus reported delivering 78 aircraft in October 2025, bringing its total for the year to 585. However, achieving its target of 820 jets by the end of the year remains uncertain, as 235 deliveries still need to be completed within the final two months.
The European manufacturer continues to boost its output, delivering 78 aircraft to 36 customers in October—up from 73 delivered to 41 customers in September. This reflects a gradual improvement in production efficiency.
Despite consistent progress, the company still faces supply chain constraints, including shortages of certain engines, which may hinder the push to reach 820 aircraft deliveries in 2025.
Airbus recorded 112 new gross orders in October 2025. By contrast, only 10 orders were logged in September, following a stronger performance in August with 99 orders.
“Airbus’ total gross orders so far in 2025 have reached 722 aircraft, including 521 single-aisle jets, 111 A350s, and 90 A330 widebody jets.”
Airbus maintains solid delivery progress but faces mounting pressure to meet its 820-jet target as supply chain issues persist in the final stretch of 2025.
