On November 15, Cineplex theatres across Canada will host their annual Community Day event, offering free family films and gaming activities to raise funds for BGC Canada (formerly Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada).
Universal Pictures will showcase a selection of family-friendly films, including Minions: The Rise of Gru, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, Sing 2, and The Wild Robot. Screenings start in the morning of Saturday, November 15.
Beginning at 9:00 a.m., The Rec Room and Playdium will open for free one-hour gaming sessions with non-redemption game bands.
“One dollar from every food and beverage purchase, XSCAPE playcard sale or reload, and game band transaction will be donated to BGC Canada.”
Additionally, $1 from each qualifying concession item sold during Community Day will go to the national charity in support of Canadian youth programs.
