The British chef famous for his love of linen and sauvignon blanc is launching his Australian flagship restaurant. Rick Stein will open [translate: Rick Stein At Coogee] on December 1, marking his metro debut in Australia with an early Christmas gift for diners.
Located above the sands of Coogee and part of a multimillion-dollar renovation at the InterContinental Hotel, this new venue will serve as the local flagship for Rick Stein and his wife, Sarah.
